• PRINCESS AURORA: Sleeping Beauty; bright, practical and unimpressed by vanity.
• PRINCE CALLUM OF CABBAGE NEUK: An overlooked, ordinary-looking prince whose kindness and courage win the day.
• PRINCE HAMISH OF GLENBRAE: A handsome Highland hero who believes every problem requires a sword.
• PRINCE PERCY OF PUDDLETON: An exquisitely polite, anxious prince terrified of weather, wildlife and physical effort.
• PRINCE RONALDO OF BELLA-DONIA: A dazzlingly vain prince in love with his own reflection.
• KING FERGUS: Ruler of Fitever; enthusiastic, muddled and determined to appear regal.
• QUEEN MORAG: The real organiser of Fitever; sharp, warm and practical.
• DAME FLORA McFANKLE: Royal housekeeper, baker and self-appointed glamour icon; a razor-witted, drag-queen-style Dame with enormous costumes, fearless confidence and a soft heart she hides beneath sequins.
• MURDO: Flora’s well-meaning but chaotic nephew; the audience’s friend.
• FAIRY THISTLEDOWN: Good fairy of the North Wind. Speaks in rhyme when magic is working.
• FAIRY MERRYWEATHER: Good fairy of the Weather.
• FAIRY FLUTTERBY: Good fairy of the Forest. 
• MALICIA MACABRE: The wicked fairy; theatrical, furious and allergic to happiness.
• THE PROVOST: Master of ceremonies and chief official of Fitever.
• SHUG and DOUG: Two guards with one brain cell between them.
• NESSIE: A comic dragon/monster, ideally played by two or more ensemble members.
• ENSEMBLE: Villagers, courtiers, sprites, thorns, talent-show assistants and wedding guests.

We are especially seeking a talented actress to take on the iconic role of Geraldine Granger — warm, witty, heartfelt, and with impeccable comic timing. We’re also casting all main roles and supporting characters, so whether you’re drawn to larger-than-life village personalities or scene-stealing supporting parts, we’d love to see you. Enthusiasm, commitment, and a love of comedy are essential! Join us for a joyful, laughter-filled production and be part of bringing this classic British favourite to the stage.

PLEASE NOTE – as well as all the main characters, we are particularly keen to find our Geraldine Granger, however this part is the most demanding as it will be in most scenes of the show.  We can provide more information on request.

• CAPTAIN JAMES HOOK – An older version of Hook, but not necessarily wiser, just as evil.
• WENDY DARLING – All grown up after her adventures with Peter Pan and now a mother to…
• JANE DARLING – Daughter of Wendy, who knows all of her mother’s adventures and yearns for some of her own.
• ISLA McHADDOCK – Dame character, a Torry fishwife that got washed up in neverland after a flood along with her son….
• ARCHIE Mc HADDOCK – Daft boy character. Son of Isla, a bit daft and has a soft spot for Tinkerbell
• CAPTAIN SMEE – Took over Hooks ship and crew after Hook was eaten by the croc. Too nice and bumbling to be a real Captain.
• CAPTAIN REDD – Female pirate Captain, fierce, and a great swordswoman, but has a good heart.
• ARIEL – A mermaid, slightly naughty.
• PERSIL – A mermaid, naughty.
• FAIRY NON-BIO – A mermaid, very naughty.
• NARRATOR – A distinguished person that wears green, and has a pocket watch.
